Sarah, Founder of Harbor Town Title, is a recognized leader in the title insurance and real estate industries with over 20 years of experience in real estate law and title insurance. Sarah began her career with a focus on real estate and corporate law. Sarah’s entrance to the title industry began with opening a fee attorney office inside her law practice. After successfully operating her fee attorney office, Sarah then began opening and operating title insurance agencies, in various locations, which led to the creation of Bspoke Title Holdings as a platform for managing those agencies. Sarah’s entrepreneurial experience, as well as her legal background, led to her expertise in targeting new opportunities for growth, as well as managing operations, escrow, underwriting and all facets of typical title agency. Through Bspoke, she has created a platform capable of supporting the real estate transaction across multiple states. Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Abilene Christian University and went on to complete a Doctor of Jurisprudence at Texas Tech University.

Jennifer Beck leads the charge at BSpoke Title managing the agencies and driving growth strategies. Jennifer is a real estate junkie who can frequently be found perusing through MLS for design ideas and good investment deals. She has worked in real estate and title for the last fifteen years holding positions with several title companies in a variety of roles and has truly done it all. She has a heart for the escrow process from A to Z and prides herself in learning all aspects of the transaction but her favorite part is working with our agencies and their clients. When Jennifer is not working at BSpoke or one of the BSpoke agencies, she is usually cheering on her favorite teams (Guns Up/Wreck ‘Em) with her 2 grown kids, Larson and Landon and her husband, Monte. She’s never met a margarita she didn’t like, and the Matt’s El Rancho staff is like her extended family. Jennifer received a BBA in Marketing/Management in 1993 from Texas Tech University and currently resides in Austin, Texas.

Michael Neary, Jr. has over fifteen years of investment and real estate development experience. Neary is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in both Economics with Finance Applications and Real Estate Finance. Neary began his finance career in New York with Goldman Sachs, before joining Bear Stearns’ residential mortgage finance team. In 2009 Neary received his MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, and joined Q Investments, a diversified investment firm in Fort Worth, Texas. He provided research and analysis across many disciplines, including Credit, Trading and Aviation Leasing. In addition Neary collaborated with the risk and financial control departments, overseeing treasury management and repo trading. In 2011 Neary returned to Dallas to join Dimension Companies, managing significant development projects, including data centers, mixed-use residential opportunities and land-developments, with an aggregate value in excess of $200MM. Neary also served as President of Sentinel Title Company, Ltd., an affiliate of Dimension, and was responsible for all facets of the operations, including sales and marketing, escrow operations, as well as financial and regulatory compliance.
