Every year, over 150,000 homeowners become unable to pay their mortgages to the point of falling into foreclosure.<\/p>\n<p>According to the government website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usa.gov\/foreclosure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USA.com<\/a>, \u201cForeclosure occurs when a homeowner is no longer able to make mortgage payments as required.
